We understand that our in-depth programs aren't for everyone. They involve a lot of one-on-one support for months, and with that comes a higher price tag.

If you don't want to commit to a full program, but still want support from experts who have helped 800+ women stop binge eating and improve their relationship with food, a one-off consultation could be perfect for you.

Our consultations are 60 minutes and cost AU$340. We can work with women from any country.
