Accessing The Online Course & Other Program Material

We use a platform called ‘Skool’ as our hub for the Undiet Program. You can join the Undiet Program Skool community here.

Communicating With Your Coach

You'll use an app called 'Voxer' to communicate with your coach throughout the program. You'll be able to chat using voice and text.

You should use this support channel whenever you have any questions or need support outside of your Zoom calls. This space is to be used for direct coaching and will help you receive instant feedback (without having to wait until your next call) so that you can reach your goals much more quickly.

I ask that you come into this space being honest, vulnerable and intentional. Ask questions, share wins and be open to being guided through challenges. This is a self-led space, so it is up to you to come into this space and take advantage of this direct access channel you have to your coach.
